SA: New laws ban the bong in SA

The South Australian parliament has passed legislation banning the bong .. with new
laws making it illegal to sell any drug paraphernalia.

Until now it was illegal to use equipment to take drugs .. but not necessarily illegal
to sell it.

Attorney-General MICHAEL ATKINSON says shops selling drug paraphernalia in South Australia
will now either have to shut up shop or find another line of business.
